1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing out website and using our services, you confirm that your are at least 18y years of age and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

We provide a variety of home management services including but not limited to:

- Grocery and personsal shopping

- Housekeeping support

- Errand running

- Home organisation and maintenance coordination

All services are offered within Eleebana and surrounding areas (including Lake Macquarie and Newcastle).

3. Bookings and Cancellations

- Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance

- Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service fee.

- No-shows will be charged the full service fee

4. Pricing and Payment

- Pricing is provided upon request of listed on the website.

- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (if applicable).

- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

- We accept payments via bank transfer and cash as specified on our website.

5. Liability 

While we take the utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for any accidental loss, damage or injury caused during the delivery of services, except where required by law.

6. Client Responsibilities

- Clients must provide a safe working environments.

- Any special instructions must be clearly communicated before the service.

- We refuse the right to refuse any services in situations deemed unsafe or unsuitable for our staff.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with out Privacy Policy, which complies with the Australian Privicy Act 1998 (Cth).
