Why I Had to Change My Model

When I first started Sarah M Home Management, I charged a simple hourly rate. But trauma-informed cleaning and home resets aren’t simple tasks. They require:

2. It led to burnout. Without sustainable pricing, I couldn’t protect my own capacity, and my clients need me steady, not exhausted.

To make this service ethical and sustainable, I created a new structure: high-value, results-based resets and subsidized access for those in crisis.

• The Clarity Boost – $350 (4-5 hours): One focused transformation zone (think: kitchen overhaul, bathroom reclamation, or laundry reset).

• The 3-Hour Reset – $225: A structured maintenance reset perfect for weekly or fortnightly relief.

The Reset Fairy Foundation (Accessible Support)

Because premium work must stay ethical, I’ve created a pathway for those in hardship.

• The Kindness Reset – $200 (5 hours): A highly subsidised reset for individuals in financial or emotional crisis. One spot per week is funded directly from every Full Day Reset booked.
